A (Belated) Stocking Full of Updates

By Gary - Jan. 11, 2004
Sr. Ladies
What kind of party was that?

(By the way, that's NOT
the webmaster's daughter.
Nope. Nosir.)

Santa filled our stocking with these little nuggets of coal so we thought we'd share them with you.

First, Tish has sent along her notes from Worlds. She sent this out as an email earlier, but the text of it never made it to the website until now.

And there are Christmas pictures galore for your viewing pleasure. Praise to Alan "the Green River Killer" Luber for supplying them.

Next is Tish's account of the GT party. Here's a sample:

"The funniest game was the 'Bobbing for Bubbles' game, which had 20 skaters digging in a plate of whipped cream for a piece of bubble gum (no hands), then chewing the gum and the first person to blow a decent bubble was the winner. The only problem was that the sugar in the whipped cream deactivated the bubble gum, so they had to get all the sugar out of the gum before it would blow a bubble!" [Read the rest]

Last, but certainly not least. Lisa McCalpin's pictures from November's Texas Shootout are posted.

(Oh and Tish, I bet you thought I wouldn't put that picture on the front page, eh? :-)
